The members present at any official meeting of the Society shall constitute a quorum necessary for amending the constitution and bylaws, making assessments, authorizing expenditures beyond routine business, electing officers and members, and expelling members. A quorum is established with two-thirds of the membership present; if less than two-thirds are present, members may vote to table specific business. Bylaws may be altered or repealed by a two-thirds affirmative vote of the voting members present at the annual meeting. Proceedings will follow Robert’s Rules of Order to ensure structured and fair decision-making.
