Currently serves as SBVS President. Dr. Olamide Alabi is an Associate Professor of Surgery at Emory University School of Medicine. She serves in leadership in various organizations and surgical societies, including the American Heart Association, Association for Academic Surgery, Vascular Quality Initiative, and more. She practices the full range of vascular surgery, however, she specializes in the management of acute aortopathies, reoperative aortic reconstruction, carotid disease, and complex lower extremity arterial revascularization. She is a funded investigator with an academic portfolio that examines the intersection of peripheral artery disease, quality, and health equity.
